Before joining a video meeting, we recommend a quick test to make sure that you are ready to go.
If you're planning to join video meeting from your computer, you will most likely be joining from a web browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. To test from a browser:
Click on this link https://courts-video-link.service.justice.gov.uk/webapp/conference/887561111
Your computer will open your preferred browser automatically and navigate to the test platform
Enter your name and select which camera, mic & speaker you would like to use
The camera, mic & speaker selction is based on the devices you have plugged in to your computer
Press 'start' to place a test call
You’ll be prompted to speak “1…2…3” and then this recording will loop back to you. If you can see and hear this then you’re good to go.
If you cannot see or hear the recording, then please double check your settings and try the test again
