Hosts have the ability to install a Microsoft Outlook plugin, to aid inviting guests to their meetings. The plugin is available as an executable download from this link. Once installed, the plugin will provide hosts with a ribbon button in their Outlook calendar to quickly add in their video room information to their invites.
Hosts can choose which information they would like to include in their invite from the below list:
Hosts will need to sign in into the plugin using their portal credentials to retrieve their specific video room information. If hosts have multiple video rooms, they can choose which video room to schedule via a drop down list in the plugin.
